SiriusXM is definitely an interesting and exciting place for my internship. I did not know what to expect, so I came here with an open mind for whatever tasks would come my way. Although I have had different employers in the past, the first week experience encompasses an atmosphere of an actual career, with more responsibility and autonomy. One can see a real instance of employees stressing self efficiency, at the same time how teamwork travels across such a huge company. My first impression is excitement and gratitude for receiving the internship. All of my supervisors are great. They are amiable, supportive, and diligent. I look forward to learning and completing as many tasks as possible, learning how to apply scholarly knowledge in my activities, and learning the highest standards in the workplace environment. I hope to gain work skills in my field of study; good relationships with my supervisors, other SXM employees; and more knowledge in the different aspects of I.T.
